What is your standard turn-around time?

Our standard turn around time is 10-14 days from time of payment and confirmation of artwork. Specialty items may increase turn around time. We also offer rush services for a small fee.

What kind of fabrics can be printed on?

We mostly print on 100% cotton fabrics, although we can print on almost anything under the sun. 50/50 blends, 100% polyester, nylon, paper. Currently, we prefer sticking to garments and paper, as these are our strong suits. If you have a different type of project in mind, feel free to send us an email. If we cant help you out with the project, we will surely put you in touch with someone that will.

How do I get my order once it's complete? 

We can have your order conveniently shipped anywhere you need. For bands, it is key that your merchandise logistics are well-planned with every order. Our account managers are here to help you sort these things out in the most timely and cost-effective manner. If your order needs to be sent to multiple locations, we will help corrdinate that with you. Please feel free to inquire about our regional drop-off services if shipping is not an option. All of our customers are welcome to swing by our location in Ipswich, MA to pick up their completed order as well. 

Can I provide the garments to be printed on?

Yes you most certainly can provide the garments to be printed on, although we do have an additional charge for garments provided.

What is your standard print size?

Standard screen size is anything under 15" (W)x 18"(H)  
Anything over that size will be charged as an oversize print. 

Do i have to pay in full upfront for my order? 

No. We only require a 50% deposit of the total amount to get your order started. The other 50% must be paid before your order can ship. If it's easier for you to pay in full upfront, that works for us too!
